Calculation and Conversion Notes
Ladder Game creates vertical lines for the participant count and randomly adds horizontal bars while preventing adjacent overlap at the same row. Results are calculated by following each generated ladder path from top to bottom, and the same ladder keeps each participant's result fixed. Inputs are processed only in your browser.

Can the participant and outcome counts be different?
They should match. Missing values are filled with default labels.
When is the result decided?
The result is calculated from the horizontal bars generated when the ladder is created.
Does the result change if I choose the same participant again?
No. The same ladder keeps each participant's path and result fixed.
Does creating a new ladder change the result?
Yes. Creating a new ladder generates a new horizontal-bar layout and may change results.
How many participants are supported?
Up to 20 participants are supported.
Are results saved on a server?
No. Names and results are processed only in your browser.
Can I use it for official draws?
It is for casual play and simple random choices, not official draws or legal proof.
